Meet Brian Fabian, Co-Founder of Pittsburgh Adventure Boot Camp
Brian has experience in both the Strength and Conditioning and Sports Performance and Health/Fitness fields. He's also enjoyed a successful career as a professional athlete.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Slippery Rock University, Brian worked for the University of Pittsburgh Varsity sports teams, and supervised conditioning and strength workouts with the Pittsburgh Steelers during their mini and training camps.

Meet Connie Tinsley, Certified Zumba Instructor, Keystone Health Club
Connie became a certified Zumba Fitness instructor when there were only a handful of them in all of Pennsylvania. Since becoming certified, Connie has advanced her education by attending various seminars and workshops. Connie has been trained in several methods to improve conditioning, coordination, and strength.

Meet Atiya Abdelmalik, Registered Nurse, and Clinical Preventionist, Highmark Healthy High 5
For over a decade, Atiya has worked to educate and encourage others to care for their bodies as temples.
During that time, she has developed and implemented childbirth education programs, operated a high school based clinic for pregnant teens, served as a staff nurse in surgical, oncology, obstetrics and neo-natal units.
Atiya has also presented on various health-related topics geared towards, heart disease, diabetes, cancer and other issues that affect our society.

Meet Randy Tozzie, Giant Eagle Market District Chef
Award-Winning Chef Randy Tozzie
graduated from the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute with a Culinary Arts Associate Degree in Specialized Technology in 2004. He was a member of the ACF Pittsburgh Chapter Jr. Hot Foods Team, winning the state competition and receiving a silver medal in the regional competition.
Randy received the Brillat Savarin award at his graduation. Chef Tozzie completed his externship at the Duquesne Club in Pittsburgh under Chef Keith Coughenhour, C.E.C. and continued working there for two years. Randy later joined Market District as an Instructor and Chef. Randy is a member of the American Culinary Federation Pittsburgh Chapter and is on the Advisory Board for Pennsylvania Culinary Institute.
